La Sacher de La Konditoría

La receta original es un secreto pero creo que mi versión de la tarta de chocolate más famosa del mundo se acerca bastante. Su característica capa de mermelada de albaricoque le aporta un extra de humedad. Recomiendo servirlo con nata montada fresca.
